While IT professionals in the UK across industries face critical security issues around privacy of sensitive customer information, BYOD and network access, those in the public sector and healthcare industries need to comply to mandatory security regulations. From governmental organizations participating in the Public Services Network (PSN) to healthcare providers and affiliated organizations required to meet stringent regulations around patient privacy and the secure transmission of patient medical data, IT teams in both industries must maintain continuous visibility and control over managed and personally owned devices on the network.

This webinar assembles an expert panel of participants encompassing both the public sector and healthcare industries in the UK to provide insights and technology solutions to mitigate these security challenges. The session starts with Phil Gibson, chair of the PSN Industry Association, who will cover the mandatory requirements for a NG Security Architecture, and effective ways to control managed and mobile devices accessing PSN networks. Bruce Wright of the NHS South East CSU, will provide an insider's view of meeting these security challenges and regulations at his organization.  Jan Hof, director of international Marketing at ForeScout will next look at how integrated technology solutions can be used to solve the specific issues in each sector, and provide results of a recent IDG survey that reveals each sector's security confidence.  The session will conclude with a discussion session, with an opportunity for the audience to ask questions related to  this important topic.
