Alert: Target reaches US$ 67 m settlement with Visa

Latest reports from the Wall Street Journal say that US retailer Target Corporation has reached an agreement with Visa Inc to pay up to US$ 67 million to reimburse card issuers for costs incurred as a result of its huge data breach which hit at the peak of the 2013 pre-Christmas shopping period.
