Oracle is set to release security patches next week for 37 vulnerabilities across its products, the software company announced yesterday.
The fixes are due to be available from the 17th April as part of the firm’s quarterly patch cycle.
The security update will include 13 patches for the Oracle database. Three of the vulnerabilities affecting this programme have been noted as serious, with the company warning that they could be exploited by an attacker remotely over a network.
Oracle's E-Business suite will have 11 fixes, with two of these flaws being remotely exploitable, and PeopleSoft and JD Edwards products will have four patches, according to Oracle. Also planned for next week’s update are fixes for bugs in the Application Server and Collaboration Suite.
