Epson Europe has taken on smartFOCUS Digital to manage its European email campaigns.
With campaigns across France, Germany and Spain needing a more efficient platform, the technology will allow Epson Europe to bring the management and distribution in-house and use rich media, SMS and text emails through a range of delivery channels.
Following previous problems with deliverability rates, workflow processes will now be speeded up with emails made more relevant through personalised content and less spam complaints received.
