Cyber Retraining Academy graduates seek roles with UK employers

The Cyber Retraining Academy, an HM Government cyber-security training programme devised and delivered by SANS has produced 55 GIAC certified, cyber-security practitioners.

The Cyber Retraining Academy, an HM Government cyber-security training programme devised and delivered by SANS has produced 55 GIAC certified, cyber-security practitioners.

Graduates of the Academy followed a thorough selection process and underwent a 10-week intense SANS training. They currently seek roles with UK employers at no cost to the employer organisation, reflecting HM Government's commitment to help reduce the cyber-security skills gap.

The two certifications achieved through the Academy were GSEC and GCIH.

Typical positions being sought by graduates include SOC, Consultancy, Penetration Testing, Policy & Audit, and Incident Handlers.
