A report released by ediscovery company, Kroll Ontrack, reveals a marked increase in demand for ediscovery services globally. Since the launch of its data centre in Germany, which coincided with the launch of ediscovery.com Onsite, 56 million pages have passed through the review databases and 7,000 GB of data has been copied for processing, according to the report.

“We are seeing a much greater use of ediscovery technologies across a wide range of both domestic and international legal cases in Europe in investigations and also in litigation,” Tim Phillips, managing director of Kroll Ontrack International Legal Technologies, commented in an email to scmagazineUK.com.  “We will continue to fulfill our commitment to our clients to provide in-country ediscovery solutions by opening a French data centre in 2015.”
