FrontRange Solutions has announced the launch of a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) version of its IT service management to include service catalogue and asset management capabilities.

This will be the first in a series of SaaS products under FrontRange's new SaaSIT brand. According to the company, the solution is targeted at dynamic and growing organisations seeking true SaaS solutions, while demanding enterprise class capability, flexibility and scalability.

The features include incident, problem and configuration management, an internal and external customer self-service portal and inventory and asset management.
