Christy Wyatt has been appointed as president and CEO of Good Technology.

Replacing King Lee, who will remain on the company's board and serve as executive chairman, Wyatt was recently global head of Citi Group's consumer ebusiness and mobile technology, as well as senior vice president and general manager of Motorola's enterprise business unit and has held a variety of leadership roles at Sun Microsystems, JavaSoft and Apple.

Lee said: “We could not have selected a better person for the position. Wyatt brings tremendous leadership, experience and vision in enterprise. Her energy and enthusiasm for the space is palpable, and I know she will lead us to incredible heights and even greater success.”

Wyatt said: “When a person finds an opportunity where you can pursue your passion while working for the leader and pioneer in a field such as Good Technology, I know few that would pass up that chance. I have an incredible passion for the mobile enterprise and what it holds, and I believe that as the ‘consumerisation of IT' continues, Good has the vision and the technology to truly indoctrinate a consumer understanding and preference for mobile technology to practical mobile business use - which will take the entire market to the next level.

“Good Technology has established itself as the market leader in enterprise mobility, one of the fastest growing segments within mobile. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to join this team and to continue to drive focus on what mobile enterprises really need to be successful, and the powerful products that deliver that capability to our customers today.”
