Due to rapid growth, Brookcourt needs an additional sales administrator – Full time.

The successful candidate will be required to assist with all areas of sales support including:

  • Liaising with vendors and customers to produce quotes and purchase orders
  • Organising maintenance renewals
  • Proof reading documents on behalf of the sales teams
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure continuity
  • Updating the calendar with staff movements
  • Any other sales support and administrative duties required.

Applicants should possess exceptional interpersonal and organisation skills as well as a minimum of two years experience working in a busy sales environment within the IT industry.

Good knowledge of the following programs is essential:

  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Knowledge of Sage ACT would also be helpful but not essential.
