Generali Global Assistance has appointed Julie Jamsa as VP, service delivery for the company's identity and digital protection services global unit.
In the new role, Jamsa will incorporate her 25+ years of experience as an operations executive and work with GGA's operations team to scale the company's identity theft resolution centre for consistent and explosive growth.
