Network Box has launched a new Customer Portal.
The portal will give users access to a complete view of the health of their Internet connections and use, security status and VPNs. It will also provides customers with access to information held on Network Box's ‘Outbreak' system which collects information on security threats and events.
Simon Heron, internet security analyst for Network Box, said: “We use incredibly sophisticated systems such as Outbreak and the Global Monitoring System to help us respond quickly to changes in the security landscape. Our customers have been asking us for access to this information, which the new customer portal is designed to provide.”
