Principal IT Security Consultant


Supporting clients across the UK and North America, you will have the opportunity to be involved in delivering high touch security testing services for a range of private and public sector organisations.


Basic Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 (negotiable DOE) and lump sum 'golden hello' payment
Benefits: Car allowance and expenses, performance related bonus scheme, contributory pension, healthcare, generous holiday allowance etc

Working for a leading security consultancy with offices in the UK and North America, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior/principal consultant to join the business at the time of growth. The successful candidate will lead and develop a team of consultants allowing them to gain experience and additional professional qualifications to enhance the consultancy support it gives to our client base.
The successful candidate will bring some or all of the following skills:
  • CREST/CHECK Team Leader (or working towards)
  • Extensive understanding of infrastructure devices
  • Extensive understanding of testing web applications
  • Demonstrable experience of providing consultancy at Board level
  • Coaching / mentoring skills or experience
This is a highly visible, leadership role within the organisation with potential to progress. The successful candidate will be able to operate with a high level of autonomy, approach the role with a high degree of technical competence and have the ability to build strong, functional relationships with senior stakeholders within the business and with our clients.
