Salary: Subject to experience + commission
Location: Redhill, Surrey
Due to rapid growth, Brookcourt needs an additional sales administrator – Full time.
The successful candidate will be required to assist with all areas of sales support including:
- Liaising with vendors and customers to produce quotes and purchase orders
- Organising maintenance renewals
- Proof reading documents on behalf of the sales teams
- Liaising with other departments to ensure continuity
- Updating the calendar with staff movements
- Any other sales support and administrative duties required.
Applicants should possess exceptional interpersonal and organisation skills as well as a minimum of two years experience working in a busy sales environment within the IT industry.
Good knowledge of the following programs is essential:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Outlook
- Knowledge of Sage ACT would also be helpful but not essential.
