IMS Live Services is responsible for ensuring that the performance and security of HMRC's IT Services allows the Department to meet its core purpose and ambition. It does this by being focused on our customers and having engaged staff and suppliers. It delivers continual service improvement and applies industry best practice to achieve it. It delivers ever increasing continual improvements to service performance and customer satisfaction, ever decreasing levels of failure, risk and cost and achieves this through ever improving relationships, behaviours, skills, processes and controls.
The Security Controls Assessment Lead Manager will report to the Head of Live Services Security Controls, IMS Security, to ensure ISO 27001 Compliance.
Responsibilities include delivery of Risk Management Accreditation Document Sets (RMADS) in collaboration with key stakeholders. Support the procedures and controls required to meet the ISO 27001 standard.
You will have knowledge of and expertise of information security risk assessment (system and processes), and an understanding of ISO27001, COBIT and the departmental data security standards.
We are looking for high calibre candidates to fill this role who are articulate, consultative and driven.
Frequent travel, including some overnight stays, will be required.
Candidates will need to have or be able to be security cleared to SC level or above for this role.
