Earlier today, Sophos Group plc announced their intention to apply for admission of its shares to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange as early as July 2015.
The Group offers a combined end-to-end security solution across an organisation's IT framework from network protection products, web and e-mail security and secure Wi-Fi, as well as end-user protection products to defend organisations from the evolving landscape of IT security-threats.
IT security solutions are underpinned by SophosLabs, a 24-hour threat analysis centre that provides real-time, cloud-enabled security intelligence and global cross-threat competence in locations that are strategically placed around the world.
The Sophos Cloud platform allows end customers to manage all security needs via an adaptable, cloud-based management console that provides a unified view across an organisation's IT security environment. This includes the network, individual devices and each enduser.
According to directors of the Group, it is intended that over time all of the essential security offerings will be managed through Sophos Cloud.
