Trustmarque has reported record results under its new ownership.

Releasing its first financial results since it was acquired by the LDC group, its turnover grew by £4.68 million for the year ended August 31st 2008.

Paul Ferguson, finance director at Trustmarque, said: “These results are extremely positive and reflect the ability of Trustmarque to win business and continue growing in a difficult economic climate.”

Trustmarque interim CEO, Ken Hills, said: “We need to find a way to grow further and achieve a good stable platform and make sure we look after it. The acquisition was made recently and working with the right information security team we can see where to go next. We expect the current management to continue for the next three to six months and then start a new strategy with a new CEO.”
