A golf day organised by the Avenues group of charitable social enterprises, in conjunction with White Hat Events, will be held in West Malling in June.
This year's annual event, which raises money for people with complex needs, will be held at Kings Hill Golf Club in West Malling, Kent on Wednesday 22nd June.
Diane Walker, group director of corporate affairs at Avenues, said: “Avenues' supports over 600 people in Suffolk, Cambridge, Kent, London and South East England and works with people to support them in being more active and engaging in their local community.
“With the help of the Sports and Active Lifestyle fund, the levels of engagement of people in sport and activities has increased considerably in the last year, including opportunities to get involved in badminton, fencing, sailing and of course, golf.
“As usual we will be involving the people we support in the running of the day as well as taking part. This year we hope the golf day will raise enough to beat last year's total of £10,000. This is a great fun day for all of our supporters with prizes to be won, a raffle and various 'surprises' on the day.”
